  • Q: Is it safe to procure at Stationery World (SW)?
  • A: Yes, procuring office supplies from Stationery World is absolutely safe. Our secure server uses an encryption process, that takes the character you enter and convert them to bits of code that are securely tranmitted over the internet.
     
  • Q: What is your return policy?
  • A: You may return any item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving it for a free exchange. Only you have to fill one form which is available with our delivery guys.
     
  • Q: Does Stationery World currently serve my area?
  • A: To serve our customers better, we only deliver in areas where we maintain our own distribution centres. We are in process of rolling out distribution centres across the country and hope that we will be servicing your area shortly. Currently, we are in NCR only.
     
  • Q: What are the modes of payment that are accepted by Stationery World?
  • A: We accept payment through Cheque/DD, Cash, Bank Draft, Credit Card.
     
  • Q: What if the item ordered is out of stock?
  • A: Once we have received your order, our warehouse will determine online whether each item you ordered is in stock. If one or more items you ordered are currently out of stock, you will be immediately provided with the option to post-order in-stock products for immediate delivery. If you choose so, we will send a reminder of your order as soon as the product becomes available.
     
  • Q: What is the delivery time?
  • A: We generally take a minimum of 02 hours and maximum 24 hours from the time of order.
     
  • Q: Is there any extra cost of delivery?
  • A: No, the delivery is absolutely free of cost.
